Welcome to my corner of the internet where I think out loud.

The Metaphor

We all have them. Those browser tabs that sit open for days, weeks, or months. They are not just pages. They are intentions. They represent a problem I am still chewing on, a technology I am tracking, or an argument I have not quite resolved with myself yet.

In work, we are trained to close tickets. To reach "definition of done". But real engineering, and real thinking, is rarely so neat. The most interesting thoughts are the ones that stay open.

What This Space Is

• A collection of heuristics I am still stress-testing.
• Reflections on architecture that do not fit in a README.
• Notes on "good taste" in engineering, whatever that means.

It is less about showing what I know, and more about showing how I think. Because knowledge gets outdated. Clear reasoning does not.

This is a living document. Like the tabs in my browser, it changes as I learn more.
